Vacation home kitchen
This project was designed to increase storage, counter space and provide in kitchen eating. One wall was removed and the arch into the living room was modified.
Note the side entry to the pantry, access to shallow shelves saving the cost of rollouts which are used in the adjacent cabinet. This saves cost of enclosure.

Upscale bathroom remodel
Project is located in a seven story ocean front condominium. Floors are reinforced concrete and plumbing is vented straight up through the roof. Locations were difficult to change but usage could be and was altered. A steam shower was installed in a remote location, not part of this photo shoot. The toilet remained in it's original location, the vanity is where the shower was and the tub is close to where the vanity was. A closet was removed and the wall between bedroom and bath relocated.
Wall Township remodel
This kitchen features a unique door style and many features normally associated with higher end projects. The only structural work was a replacement window in the same location.
Miller
The shower is curb less and equipped with seat and grab bars. Note the hand held shower head, good for cleaning the enclosure as well as use when seated. Excellent for detail cleaning . The window with an internal blind for privacy is finished with spar varnish and placed high out of the spray area . Curb less design, lever type handles, bench seat, grab bars and contrasting colors prepare for aging in place or a possible accident along the way.
Transitional Kitchen
We removed a wall between the kitchen and formal dining room, yet both are more spacious. Home owner who uses table for office work as well as eating preferred angled power strip on counter to typical position below wall cabinets. Also unique in today's remodel is the use of carpet tile for floorcovering. Similar tile was used for twenty years in the original kitchen.
